How it works
Three steps, and only the first one involves your firm.
The reason evidence software fails is almost never the software. It is that the client never adopts it. Verin Legal takes the client out of the adoption question entirely.

You open the matter. Verin Legal issues the channel.
A dedicated intake email address and phone number, created for that matter and nothing else. You hand the client a card with two lines on it.

The client forwards and texts, for as long as the matter runs.
From whatever device they already own. No download, no login, no training, and nothing for your staff to support at 9 PM on a Sunday.

Hashed and timestamped on arrival, then dated, deduplicated and threaded — and written back to the matter as a document in your case management system.

A channel per matter, not an app per client.
The most common reason evidence software fails is that the client never adopts it. Verin Legal removes the client from the adoption question entirely — they use email and text, which they already use.

Screenshots read as conversations, not as pictures.
Forty overlapping captures of the same thread become one conversation in order, duplicates removed, each message attributed, and every place the images do not join marked as a gap rather than papered over.

Integrity fixed at the moment of arrival.
Each item is hashed and timestamped the second it lands — before anyone at your firm or ours touches it — and entered into a per-matter chain. Receipts are immutable. You can show when a thing arrived and that it has not changed since.

It does not guess.
Unreadable items are flagged for a person rather than interpreted. Reconstructed conversations cite the images they came from.
